Doodle Cricket

Doodle Cricket is the cricket game Google released as a Google Doodle on June 1, 2017, the first day of the ICC Champions Trophy. A team of crickets bats against snail bowlers, and your job is to time every swing and score as many runs as you can. Play it here any time, free, on desktop or mobile, with no download or sign-up.

How to play

Click or tap anywhere on the game, or press Enter, to swing as the ball reaches the batter.
Well-timed shots race to the boundary for fours and sixes. Swing too early or too late and you risk losing your wicket.
Keep batting as long as you can. Your best score is saved in your browser, so you can come back and try to beat it.

Tips for a high score

Watch the bowler, not the batter: start your swing as the ball bounces, not when it is released.
Faster deliveries need an earlier swing. Stay relaxed and keep a steady rhythm rather than reacting late.
On mobile, turn your phone upright and use your thumb near the bottom of the screen for quicker taps.
